More importantly Or Page Rank Alexa Rank?

As far as I know, the blog can not be separated from the page rank and alexa rank. Page rank is a measure of the popularity of a blog is provided by Google, as for the alexa rank is a ranking traffic (number of visitors and the number of pages viewed) is given by alexa.com. The question I often ask yourself which is more important: page rank or alexa rank?
After observing several blogs including the blog's top bloggers like Yaro Starak, Dosh Dosh, Caroline Middlebrook, and John Chow, I think that alexa rank is more important than Page Rank. Why?

My reasons are as follows:

1. Alexa rank determines the amount of income a blogger. Titans score the better the blog (under 50.000), the more advertisers who place ads.

2. Alexa rank shows the liveliness of a blogger. The more active she took up date and interact with other bloggers, the more good it alexa value. I several times saw the blog had PR 3, but the last post a year ago.

On the basis of two reasons why, the target of my first 6 months is raising the value of Titans under 100 thousand. The hope with alexa score under 100 thousand, I can memonetisasi this blog with affiliate or adsense so can be a source of passive income for me.
